by Kirk Studebaker // President on Jun 24, 2014 11:00:00 PM
Coordinated Business Systems was certified today as a Total Document Solutions (TDS) Provider by KYOCERA Document Solutions America, one of the world's leading document solutions companies. The certification, awarded only after a dealer has completed all levels of an extensive curriculum, including a full offering of pre-sales, sales, and technical service post-sales training, validates Coordinated's ability to resolve customer workflow issues with KYOCERA's award-winning line of document imaging products, customized business applications, and array of branded services such as SmartPrintSM, SmartDocSM and Smart ITSM Managed Services. With technology continually changing, Coordinated Business Systems continuously elevates it's offerings to customers to ensure the highest level of products and solutions.
Coordinated Business Systems saw KYOCERA's comprehensive TDS approach as a way to resolve the critical business challenges associated with all phases of the dealer-customer partnership: pre-sales, sales, and post-sales ongoing local service. To achieve certification Coordinated underwent extensive analysis of its service organization, demonstrated a specific level of technical capabilities, as well as comprehensive e-learning and instructor-led training on KYOCERA's full product and business application portfolio.
"Kyocera's TDS certification created a synergy between our sales and service teams and has empowered us to successfully assess and identify any customers' workflow challenges and create a total solution that meets their needs" said Jim Oricchio, President, Coordinated Business Systems. "The certification from KYOCERA is comprehensive, and additionally prepared us to evaluate a customer's particular business challenge, and to help them work more efficiently as well as optimize their document imaging investment."
