The Role

As a Sales Administrator, you will be a vital member of our team, providing essential administrative and operational support to the sales department. Your responsibilities will include managing customer data, organizing sales materials, and ensuring accurate record-keeping. You will also collaborate closely with various departments, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to streamline processes and support the sales team's efforts in achieving their goals.

Position Summary

The Sales Administrator plays a critical role in the success of our sales organization. This position requires a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive individual with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and possess a strong work ethic with the ability to multitask effectively and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Sales Support:
    • Prepare presentation materials and sales collateral.
    • Conduct customer reviews and analyze historical data.
    • Gather and input pertinent information into the Salesforce CRM.
    • Assist sales representatives with deal building and pipeline management.
    • Pull lease buyouts and historical billing information for sales reps.
    • Back up the Sales Support Manager in reviewing sales packets for accuracy and compliance.
  • Customer Interaction:
    • Assist with open houses, company events, and lost sales calls.
    • Conduct customer satisfaction calls to gather feedback and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Administrative Tasks:
    • Organize and catalog maturity reports from the lease company.
    • Manage and maintain accurate records and documentation.
    • Collaborate with various departments, including sales, service, IT, and warehouse/delivery.

Experience 

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
