The Role

Are you a born hunter with a knack for identifying opportunities? As a Business Development Representative, you'll be empowered to build your own pipeline, close deals, and drive revenue. Our experienced team will support your efforts, allowing you to focus on what you do best: hunting.

As a hunter, you'll be the face of our company, promoting innovative IT solutions. Once you've closed the deal, our experienced account managers will take over, allowing you to focus on hunting down your next big opportunity.

Responsibilities

  • Hunt down new clients through cold calls, networking, referrals, and targeted campaigns.
  • Own Your Territory: Conquer your assigned region with innovative sales strategies and targeted prospecting.
  • Crush sales quotas by closing deals and building strong client relationships.
  • Assess client needs, develop customized IT and cybersecurity strategies, and present solutions to C-level executives.
  • Partner with tech experts to deliver top-notch solutions.
  • Become a cybersecurity champion, educating clients on protecting their business.

Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in any field.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Exceptional organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Passion for technology and its application in advancing business processes.
  • Self-starter with a strong desire to initiate client relationships.
  • Eagerness to meet and exceed sales targets and develop a robust client base.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Commitment to ongoing industry training and professional development.
